General Rules

1. You must be 13+ to play on our server.

2. Practice kindness always. Swearing is allowed but it should not be directed at other players. No slurs or discriminatory language.

3. Everything must be safe-for-work. No NSFW skins, usernames, builds or content of any kind.

4. No griefing or stealing regardless of if the land is claimed. You will be temporarily or even permanently banned.

5. Staff will not reimburse items lost to glitches or unintended Minecraft mechanics.

6. Non consensual PVP is not allowed. It’s up to you to maintain your PVP status.

7. Respect the mods. Even if the outcome or situation doesn’t end the way you want it to. We will not tolerate staff disrespect or aggression towards staff at all.

8. No ban or punishment evading.

9. A ban on the SMP may result in the ban on our Discord server and vice versa so make sure you are following both sets of rules.

10. There should be no external Discord servers relating to Fairytales that are used to bad mouth staff or other members of the community. No exceptions. Positivity only.

11. No family roleplay, wedding roleplay or harmful/negative roleplay.

12. Do not use alt accounts for double rewards or gameplay advantages.

In-Game Content Rules

1. No spamming.

2. Be kind in chat, whispers, signs, books etc. No negativity or arguing.

3. You must claim your land with your claim blocks - not signs.

4. It is recommended you leave roughly 50 blocks of distance between other member's builds/claims.

5. Keep the server pretty. Clean up any past builds and claims to make room for new players.

6. Don’t leave random blocks or pillars.

7. Our SMP is a public server! There are not rules surrounding loitering as players are welcome anywhere. If you want to keep people out, claim your land or build a wall.

Farm Rules

1. Overworld small scale XP farms are allowed as long as they’re pretty and follow our unfair advantage rules.

2. Guardian farms must have permission from a staff member.

3. All Nether farms are allowed as long as they are for community use.

Hacks, Exploits, Mods and Unfair Advantages Rules

1. No hacked or cracked clients.

2. No mods that give you an advantage over other players in a vanilla setting. Ask staff first if unsure.

3. Any exploits, hacks or lag machines will result in a ban with no warnings. This includes, but is not limited to: fly hacks, x-ray, duping, auto clicking, etc.

4. AFK Farms or machines that stop you from automatically triggering the AFK function are not allowed.
