# ✦﹒ Magic

## What is the Magic System?

The purpose of the magic system is to unlock and level different QOL abilities to make playing the game more rewarding and fun. You can unlock and level abilities with Magic Points.

## How do I get Magic Points?

You earn Magic XP from completing some objectives in the server. Most objectives can be completed through casual gameplay. This results in this system being more casual and not a grindy system (works similar to jobs). Here are the objectives that earn you Magic XP:

* Mining naturally generated ore blocks
* Cutting naturally generated logs
* Fishing
* Killing some common mobs (all forms of skeletons, all forms of zombies, all forms of spiders, creepers, chickens, cows, pigs and sheep).

When you reach 1000 Magic XP, you are rewarded 1 Magic Point which you can spend or save up to unlock and level various abilities.

## What types of abilities are there?

Abilities are currently split into 5 categories:

1. Mining Magic
2. Woodcutting Magic
3. Farming Magic
4. Bakery Magic
5. Fishing Magic

Each category has a variety of different abilities you can unlock. Each ability may have different levels as well ranging from level 1 to level 5.
