Sparkles is the name of the currency within Fairytales! You can use your Sparkles to purchase blocks and items within Cinnacat's Shop, or to just climb your ranks in the leaderboard as the ultimate flex! Please do however keep in mind that Fairytales is meant to be a casual and cozy community. Any negative competition regarding Sparkles will not be allowed! It's all just for fun!
To visit Cinnacat's Shop to see what she has for sale, visit our /warps list and select the Shop!
Make sure you visit her shop regularly as she may have different items for sale!
You can earn sparkles in a few different ways within Fairytales!
Earn them from hourly bonus rewards! The more you play on Fairytales, the more Sparkles you will receive! You get 50 Sparkles per hour of play time which you will receive the following day when you claim your Daily Rewards with /rewards!
Taking part in Pinata Parties! Make sure you get some hits in and the Pinata may grant you some extra Sparkles!
From participating in server-wide Events and winning 1st, 2nd or 3rd place will earn you some extra Sparkles!
From choosing a job in /jobs which rewards you with Sparkles for playing the game!
You may also get some sparkles from rainbows!
From voting for our server with /vote
You can check your Sparkles balance in-game with /sparkles
To check another players balance, you can hover over their name in chat (Java Edition Only) or use the command /sparkles balance username
To view the Sparkles leaderboard, use the command /sparkles top
You cannot, sadly. But there is good reason for this! We do not want an economy to become the main focus of our server because that's when player bases can step into 'toxicity territory' by some. The purpose of the Sparkles economy is to be optional for our players. This is because not everyone wants to join a cosy server and be hit with a ton of economy bits and bobs! That's why Sparkles can only be spent in the Cinnacat shop to purchase blocks and items which are mostly obtainable by natural means as well.
The Cinnacat shop is there to save you time if you don't want to be spending your time and resources going out and gathering blocks for your builds or ingredients for other gameplay features.
This also means that players will start trading in naturally gathered materials such as Diamonds and Netherite - thus raising the value of items that are obtained through hard work and time! The good old Minecraft way ;)
